The “Quasar eLite Qe30” HD-LED Mobile Surgical Light is a compact, high-Performance Operating Theatre Light designed and manufactured in the UK by Brandon Medical. The product was designed to bridge the gap between large and heavy OT Lights and smaller Procedure Lights, to deliver a compact powerful unit in a portable and mobile package. “Quasar eLite Qe30” deploys Brandon’s Patented HD-LED lighting technology to deliver powerful lighting performance together with excellent colour rendition using our unique ‘red-balance’ control. This model also incorporates increased light intensity, improved optical performance and an upgraded User Interface offering an even greater range of functional adjustments and applications.
“Quasar eLite Qe30” is ideal also for use as a ‘back-up’ Operating Light, or for locations where mains power supply are unstable/unreliable, the Qe30MEL model has an
integrated Emergency Battery Power UNIT (BEPU). This provides 1 – 4 hours autonomy under full load conditions, enabling surgical procedures to continue uninterrupted during mains power failure.
Brandon BEPU’s use sophisticated switch-mode charging and battery monitor modules for optimized in-field performance and service.
